Realising the potential in Whataboutus
Realise Communication is now the majority owner in Whataboutus. The Gothenburg-based agencies will continue to operate independently of one another with focus on their core offers; Whataboutus with film production and content creation and Realise with experiential and event communication.
Our two teams have worked closely together on projects for both World of Volvo and Volvo Buses in the past few months and we immediately saw how well we complemented one another and how alike we were.
Having skills and experience that match is just one element in this; we noticed right away in our first project together that our people seemed to share the same mindset and values which is the core in our work.
This collaboration means we can leverage the synergies between our two companies and create a unique value proposition in the business.
It will be business as usual for both companies going forward: two teams, two offers, and two different locations, but when the right opportunity presents itself, Realise and WAU can make the most of the combined competencies and offer more value to clients.

Volvo Car Sverige
For the fifth winter season, we continue our support for Volvo and their activation in Sälen, a testament to our expertise in sponsorship activation—one of our key business pillars. This year, we've developed an engaging and playful game designed to spark interest in electrified car models, while offering families a delightful activity during their ski day. With staff on-site trained in ambassadorship, we aim to enhance the brand experience significantly. The test-driving operation has also moved to a new location, further improving the experience for participants.

Volvo Construction Equipment
For the second season in a row we have the privilege to support Volvo Construction Equipment, their partners, and the CE Dealer Team in their activation for the FIA World Rallycross Championship. This championship features high-speed, mixed-surface races at eight venues across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Volvo CE continues to electrify the scene as the official construction equipment supplier and track building partner, driving sustainability on and off the track. This pioneering partnership is built on the strength of a shared commitment to develop a whole new world of motorsport that combines electrifying thrills with electric-powered solutions.
Realise has been involved from the beginning in developing the concept, look, and feel, as well as handling the pre-season planning and implementation on each racetrack. It has been and continues to be a great collaboration between Realise and Volvo CE.
Together, we're developing a new era of electrifying racing.

Aurobay – Exhibition Booth
We are proud to finally showcase our work together with Aurobay
Realise's mission was to design a new exhibition booth that will be used at several exhibitions in the coming years. In addition, Realise has had full responsibility for project management and production, as well as overseeing the exhibition on-site. First up is IAA Mobility in Munich.

World of Volvo – A meeting place for a better future
We are proud to be a part of the development of World of Volvo, an exciting meeting place and a hub for a wide range of activities that will open in the spring of 2024.
Our team is involved in creating an interactive exhibition that will take visitors on a unique journey through Volvo's history, innovations, and future visions.
The focus is to create a harmonious and engaging experience for all senses, where every detail is designed to enhance the visitor's interaction and experience.

Novo Nordisk – Driving change CSS 2023
Purpose driven communication is really the core of everything we do at Realise.
Working with a client such as Novo Nordisk with the purpose of “Driving change to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases” really makes our work worthwhile and motivating. A couple of weeks ago we produced the CSS, Commercial Strategy Summit, assembling 250 global managers in Copenhagen. Taking part of the professionalism and high ambition throughout the project, with stakeholders, speakers and the core project team was a really inspiring experience.

Länsförsäkringar – Play off 2023
In the month of March, we hade the responsibility to arrange, for the third consecutive occasion, Länförsäkringar's annual kickoff event.
The overall concept for this year's kick-off was "Play-off Our Way to Win". The concept name referred to the game for industry leadership, winning the final match on the road to becoming the leading chain. The conference format was built up like a live broadcast of a hockey match, structured into three periods. The participants were placed around a stage in the middle of the room with a jumbotron above the stage as a reinforcement of the Play-off concept.
The concept was very well received, with participants appreciating the entertaining format, dynamics in the room, and the feeling of a live broadcast free from traditional presentations. The message of becoming number one in the industry also became very clear and easy for the target audience to understand.

We are growing!
During 2022 we tripled our revenue to 40 million SEK and the number of employees increased from eight to fourteen.
With several new clients and expansion of existing collaborations, we have a continuing need to strengthen our creative- as well as project management team which recently resulted in three new recruits. From the left Mathias Andreasson joins from Space Production and will work as project- and key account manager. Alexandra Johannesson joins Realise as art director after working as a marketing coordinator at the Social Entertainment Group. Finally, Michael Stooss joins as an art director with a primary focus on design of digital and physical displays.

Emerson – Internal Conference
Emerson is a global leader in automation technology and software. In order to continue their growth journey they places great importance on attracting skilled personnel within a sustainable and motivating work environment. In January 2023, they hosted a one-day conference that brought together all their employees in Sweden. The aim was to communicate the company's direction for the future with a strong focus on their sustainability journey.
Instead of a traditional agenda the meeting format was designed as a gameboard where the employees competed in teams by answering different questions. The teams moved forward together on the gameboard, symbolizing how their joint efforts moved them further toward their common goal.

Creative Minds Unite
In conjunction with the opening of the brand new Geely Design Center in Gothenburg, Geely design arranged two events with the theme “Creative Minds Unite”.
The first event invited the local design community and the second event invited the 500 designers that will work in the new center. The event started out with a one hour inspirational session with focus on how innovative design is nurtured from fusion of different disciplines and creative influences. Young, local designers were also invited to showcase their art and interact where available for dialog with the audience during the evening.
We had the full creative, production and execution responsibility for the event.

We have recruited four new colleagues!
We are now strengthening our team with four new colleagues. We have gone strong through the pandemic years and have managed to retain customers and staff while the result in 2021 was the strongest so far. The new recruitment consists of two project managers and two creators who all have extensive experience from the communication and event industry.
Kikki Berne strengthens our team as project manager, most recently from TMRW and before that PS Occasion. Olof Bull will be the project manager responsible for the customer, most recently from Creative Technology. Arijana Krnjic has worked as a creator and interior designer at several event agencies such as PS Occasion, We are more and Nine Yards and will strengthen our offering in spatial design. John Öhman leaves A + A United to shoulder the role of Art director with a broad focus on the design of digital and physical productions.

Azelio - World Future Energy Summit - Abu Dhabi
At a ceremony in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, Azelio, Masdar and Khalifa University inaugurated two commercial TES.PODs installed at their joint demonstration project. The demonstration project is referred to as a flagship project and has an important role in the United Arab Emirates’ ambition to become a leader in sustainable societal development and renewable energy.
We had the full creative and production responsibility for the inauguration. The event was a big success in terms of generated media coverage as well as new prospects.
